This is a former Auckland Council Property Limited 9ha site (300 lot yield) located in Flat Bush, now a Special Housing Area being developed in partnership with Todd Property / Panuku Auckland.
Lander Geotechnical Involvement
Lander have provided:
- Due diligence / feasibility geotechnical assessments (working with Todd Property, Panuku Auckland & Harrison Grierson Consultants Ltd)
- Site wide preliminary geotechnical investigations to assist with Master Planning
- Detailed Geotechnical investigations to assist with engineering approvals for stage 1 of the subdivision
Lander are currently engaged to provide specialised design inputs for retaining walls, earthworks design and pavement design, and will subsequently observe construction and provide geotechnical compliance documentation.
